Pre WOD:
Wendler Shoulder Press: Week 4
Shoulder Press 5 reps @ 40%
Shoulder Press 5 reps @ 50%
Shoulder Press 5 reps @ 60%

WOD:
Kettlebell Swings, Goblet Squats, Heartbeats
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell Swings
7 Goblet Squats
5 Heartbeats
Pick your own weight and challenge yourself… Rx considered 35/26 or higher.

Post WOD:
Row : 5 mins at 50%
For distance:
Row, 5 mins

Perform at 50% effort / RPE 9.
