Pre WOD:
Seated Db Shoulder Press 8-8-8-8

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:
AMRAP 15 mins: Double Unders, Goblet Squats and Push-up (kettlebell)s
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
30 Double Unders
15 Goblet Squats, 70/53 lbs
15 Push-up (kettlebell)s

Post WOD:
Barbell Curl 10-10-10
