Pre WOD:
“Tabata” – Double Unders : 8 x 20 secs / 10 secs
Tabata Double Under

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

WOD:
Team 10k Row
Teams of 3 row 10k for time, switching every 250m.
