AMRAP 12 mins w/ Buy-in: Burpees, Row Calories, Box Jumps and Power Snatches
In 12 mins do:
10 Burpees
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
10 Row Calories
10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
10 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs

Post WOD:
Barbell Curl 10-10-10
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
