Alt EMOM 10 mins: Wall Sits and Pull-ups
Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
Wall Sit, 20/14 lbs, 30 secs
10 Pull-ups
Wall sit with med ball held out in front of you (not resting on the body)
