Pre WOD:
Alt EMOM 14 mins: L Sit Holds and Ring Push-ups
Every 1 min for 14 mins, alternating between:
L Sit Hold, 30 secs
10 Ring Push-ups

L-Sit on Parallette

WOD:
AMRAP 4 mins: Burpees and Toes-to-bars
Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 mins of:
12 Burpees
9 Toes-to-bars
