Pre WOD:
Alt EMOM 10 mins: Strict Pull-ups and Handstand Push-ups
Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
5 Strict Pull-ups
5 Handstand Push-ups

WOD:
AMRAP 12 mins: Rows, Sumo Deadlift High-pulls and AbMat Sit-ups
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
Row, 250 m
15 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 95/65 lbs
10 AbMat Sit-ups
