Pre WOD:
Alt EMOM 12 mins: Front Squats and Back Squats

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
3 Front Squats, 60% 1RM
6 Back Squats, pick load

Load is the same for both sets

WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Handstand Push-ups and Clean & Jerks
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, for time of:
Handstand Push-up
Clean & Jerk, 155/105 lbs

Post WOD:
Foam Rolling – 5 min
