Student athletes, ages 14 – 18 who will be attending High School this fall qualify for this program. We will hold an open house for parents and student athletes on June 7th at 5pm. Meet some of the coaches and ask any questions you may have.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
We will be running an on-ramp (intro) program for student athletes starting June 21st – 23rd at 1:30pm. Student Athletes MUST complete an on-ramp prior to entry into the regular classes.
Once a student athlete completes on-ramp they can attend any CrossFit class on our schedule. This program will be limited to 30 student athletes, so don’t delay … sign up today.
This year we will feature Powerhouse Strength Club. Coach Lanell Beckles, CSCS, will run this program which will be designed to do one thing… make you STRONG. Classes will be on Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 1:30pm for two hours. Each class will feature dynamic and challenging exercises along with calculated weightlifting progressions working powerlifts, Olympic lifts and a wide variety of accessory work, to ensure you see an increase in your strength capacity over the summer.
