Coach Lyn has always been active: she played sports growing up and worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition consultant for several years before moving on to promote the fitness of young minds as a school librarian.
Despite working out 6 days/week (3 days running, 3 days lifting), she was not making the gains she desired. Lyn joined CrossFit Undaunted in July 2012 based on a recommendation from a friend who knew that her competitive nature would be instantly hooked on the constantly varied, high intensity workouts and the community spirit that CrossFit embodies.
Lyn is a NABF Personal Trainer/ Nutrition Tech and a NAPMA Kickboxing Instructor. After just 8 months at Undaunted, she became a CF Level 1 Trainer because she wanted to continue to share her passion for CrossFit and nutrition with veterans and newbies alike. She loves the camaraderie of CrossFit and the thrill of watching an athlete hit a PR or show a goat what’s what. She loves to discover hidden talents and believes that everyone can shine. She believes in empowerment through fitness.
