Sports Performance:  Train with our Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists to achieve your athletic goals, either in a one-on-one setting or a small group environment.

We provide training for middle school, high school, collegiate and adult athletes.  Your first meeting with your coach will include a comprehensive initial assessment and goal setting.  Your coach will create a tailored plan for you and will walk you through the plan every step of the way.  Your plan will help you improve a variety of athletic qualities including:

Lanell Beckles, CSCS

 Lanell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.  He has worked with athletes of all levels and abilities from Olympic athletes to little kids.  Although much of his experience has been in athletics, he has worked with fitness enthusiasts at Harvard Business School, where he helped business students and visiting executives improve their fitness goals.  Lanell is also certified in Metabolic Analytics, a way to look at how key stressors can impact body composition and weight gain; and Kinetic Chain Enhancement, a way to improve mobility issues without long bouts of stretching.
