Pre WOD:
EMOM for 10 Minutes
Every 1 min for 10 mins do:
2x 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squats

WOD:
Pull-ups, Overhead Squat, Bar Facing Burpees
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
9 Pull-ups
15 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
21 Bar Facing Burpees
